My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms felt like mini apartments, spacious, and filled with lots of thoughtful details that made my visit brilliant. The massive comfy beds were a definite plus, and I loved using the Chromecast for easy viewing pleasure without any hassle. However, the lack of a warm greeting or even a smile from the staff was disappointing.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with unexpected amenities, resembling more of an apartment than a traditional hotel room. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist. The location is brilliant, just a short walk from the railway station. The dining experience was varied and good, while the facilities were well set up for convenience.
The hotel offers magnificent views over Slough and has a great layout for families. The rooms are very clean and in excellent order, but the service could be more hospitable. The location is brilliant with easy access to transportation, although it needs some investment.
